The exhibition marked the official entry of Polywin Chemical into the Russian market, during the exhibition, we recepted more than 200 professional customers, and reached 37 in-depth cooperation intentions on site, which aroused high attention from the industry.

Technology Breakthrough: Customized solutions to extreme environmental challenges

In response to the needs of Russia's cold climate and heavy industry scenes, the Madisonol VE series of low-temperature castable prepolymers exhibited by Polywin became the focus of the audience. Through its unique molecular structure design, the product can maintain excellent elasticity in extreme environments of -60 celsius degree, and its wear resistance is 30% higher than that of traditional materials. The on-site demonstration of the "liquid nitrogen freezing impact test" visually verified its anti-cracking characteristics, attracting representatives of Russia's largest mining group Metalloinvest and other enterprises to stop and exchange.

"Our prepolymers not only achieve rapid formulation adjustment through modular production, but also we plan to set up a technical service center in Kazan to provide localized technical support from 2026."

Customer direct access: on-site experience drives cooperation upgrade

During the exhibition, the "5kg free sample pack" strategy launched by Polywin was a great success. With bilingual instructions in Russian and English and online video guidance, customers can quickly complete the whole process verification from raw material testing to finished product preparation. TechSeal, a manufacturer of industrial seals from Yekaterinburg, signed a trial agreement on the spot: "In the past, it took 60 days to import materials from Europe, but Polywin's commitment to a 30-day direct delivery through the port of Vladivostok is crucial for us."

Strategic cultivation: Build a localized ecosystem

Relying on the exhibition opportunity, Polywin Chemical synchronously launched three core strategies:

1. Speed up the supply chain: reached cooperation with the Far East Free Trade Zone to establish a 500-ton raw material reserve to ensure 72-hour response to emergency orders;

2. Technical certification: Set up a special team for GOST certification, and plan to complete key product access within 2025;

3. Industry-university-research linkage: An intention was reached with Ural Federal University to jointly develop ultra-low temperature bonding technology suitable for Arctic Circle projects.  

Future outlook: Rooted in Russia, radiating Europe and Asia

"The first exhibition received a number of military background enterprises to ask questions, confirming our technological competitiveness," Polywin Chemical stressed in the closing speech, "the company will invest the first 2 million US dollars of special funds, within three years to achieve a market share in Russia exceeded 8%, to create a full value chain from raw material supply to technical services."
