POLYWIN Chemical's HDI and H12MDI prepolymers deliver optimal physical properties for all aliphatic elastomers, establishing them as essential building blocks for premium casting elastomers and coating formulations. The company's latest aliphatic product line utilizes HDl monomers and proprietary low-free technology to create systems with less than 0.1% free HDI monomers, enabling the application of HDI that was previously impractical due to high vapor pressure.
The aliphatic system has a very long operational time and excellent UV resistance. They also have excellent hydrolysis resistance at high temperatures.
04 Technical accumulation: low free technology is widely used
Our customers can achieve exceptional toughness, dynamic performance, and processability without excessive exposure to harmful vapors from residual TDI monomers. POLYWIN Chemical's Madisonol VE series enhances the technical performance and safety of TDI systems. The free TDI level is reduced to below 0.1%, which not only significantly improves workplace safety but also offers lower viscosity, extended casting lifespan, faster demolding, and reduced internal heat compared to traditional systems.
POLYWIN Chemical's low free system has two series, polyether and polyester, with hardness range from 70 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Special formulations outside this range can also be provided. The diversity is self-evident.
